We are NEOGOV Croatia, a product company that is part of the US company NEOGOV – the market leader in the field of HR software for the American and Canadian public sector.

We are not an agency, rather we work on our own high-performing modern HR SaaS, and our tech stack is C#, Java, Angular, Flutter and SQL – we actively update our technologies to the latest versions.

In the offices in Split and Zagreb, but also remotely in the rest of Croatia, we have a team of 60+ experienced experts of various profiles (engineering & product).

Every year we organize student internships where students have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and gain experience working in an international environment for 3-6 months.
